Dr. Reynolds grew up in Daviess County, Ky. and graduated from Daviess Co. High School in 1971. He attended the University of Kentucky, and graduated with High Distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1978. He is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society and a member of M.E.N.S.A. Also he is a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and the Green River Dental Society.
He is an active member of First Baptist Church of Owensboro, where he and his wife, Mary Martha attend, and their two children, Kyle and Kari, were raised. Some of his other interests include UK football and basketball, playing tennis, softball, and volleyball, video editing, and collecting nostalgic memorabilia.
He opened his practice at Mayfair Square Prof. Bldg. in January, 1979. His practice relocated in October 2004 to Lincoln Professional Center at 2816 Veach Rd.. Located in Building #2, all new and modern surroundings combined with the newest equipment lend toward improved patient comfort and excellent treatment and a relaxing family-oriented environment.
On a footnote, Dr. Dan also appeared on national TV as a contestant on the game show, "Who wants to be a Millionaire" with host Meredith Vierra on May 21st and on May 24th, 2010. He didn't win the million, but did manage to cover his and his family's visit to New York City, and of course the total experience was priceless.
