We use digital photography to communicate with our lab for the finest cosmetic results possible. It is also a great way to document before and after cosmetic treatment such as teeth lightening and veneers.  Also the patient may appreciate seeing a more detailed view of a tooth or area in their mouth.  Before this technology was available, a photo of this quality would take at least a few days to process and then have as a tool.  Digital images are ready within a few seconds.
